    Download Instructions:

    1. Go to zoom.us/download.
    2. Under ‘Zoom Client for Meetings,’ click ‘Download’.

    Alternatively:

    1. Click the meeting link from your confirmation email.
    2. The page should auto-prompt you with a download window.
    3. Download and run the installer.
    4. If prompted with a dialogue about running the program, click ‘Continue’ or ‘Run’.
    5. If Zoom does not open, look for it in your list of Applications.
    6. Open Zoom and click ‘Join a Meeting’.
    7. Input the session’s unique Meeting ID, then the password when prompted.

    On a Smartphone or Tablet

    Alternatively:

    1. Search for the Zoom app in the App Store or Play Store.
    2. Open the Zoom app once downloaded.
    3. Choose ‘Join a Meeting’.
    4. Enter the Meeting ID.
    5. Enter the password when prompted.

    Join by Dial-In Phone (Audio Only)

    We do not recommend this method unless other methods are not available.

    Dial in using the phone number provided in the confirmation email.
